Return Policy

Esslly is a bakery supplies store that primary deals with food grade products and disposable products. Hence, for hygiene and to ensure product qulaity , we do not offer a try and return policy.

However, returns/replacements can be imitated in the following cases –

  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
  • The product delivered is defected.
  • Product is not as described.

Return request window - The return of the product should be requested within 7 days from the day it was delivered. Post the 7th day, returns and replacements will not be accepted.
